Subaru Technician Hiring

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform thorough inspection of customers’ vehicles and recommend necessary service work.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed.
• Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic) or recent completion of automotive tech/trade school.
• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Subaru certification is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective analytical and communication skills.
• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
